Patrick and Lesley Francis won the Spirit of Moonee Valley - Outstanding Service Award 2013  from the Mayor of Moonee Valley City Council - Cr Narelle Sharpe in October 2013 at the Clocktower Centre, Moonee Ponds, for their contribution to community.
